Adrian Villalobos
is an audio engineer, sound designer, and, producer based in San Diego, CA. Adrian currently works at KPBS News as lead Sound Designer for their in-house podcast Port of Entry. In addition to his current role, Adrian provides technical direction to local and national NPR news productions as well as assisting with a variety of other locally-produced podcasts. In addition to this Adrian provides mixing and producer services to a variety of artists around Southern California.
Earning his Bachelor’s Degree in the Interdisciplinary Computing and the Arts - Music Technology program at the University of California, San Diego, and currently in the process of receiving his Master’s Degree from the Berklee School of Music, he has put his skills to the test where he has worked in a variety of roles across the sound spectrum including studio/location recording, mixing, live sound, event production, and both public and commercial radio.
